We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Concierge Intern to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on office experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant / Concierge Intern will support daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and calendar management
- Provide front desk and client support (in-person or virtual)
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support staff with administrative and clerical tasks
- Assist with basic reporting and office coordination
- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time with on-call availability as needed.
