Key Responsibilities

• Float between skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Essex & Morris County
• Perform comprehensive wound evaluations, physical exams, and patient assessments
• Operate UltraMIST device for advanced wound therapy (full training provided)
• Order and interpret labs, vascular testing, and EKGs as clinically indicated
• Build and manage individualized wound care treatment plans
• Document all visits via mobile EMR on provided iPad
• Educate patients, families, and facility care teams on wound care protocols
• Partner with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams across facilities

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey NP license
• AGACNP, AGPCNP, AGNP, ANP, CNM, CNS, or DNP credential
• DEA license and prescriptive authority required
• Minimum 1 year wound care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience (LPN experience considered)
• Autonomous, organized, and comfortable managing a mobile multi-facility territory
• Mobile EMR proficiency and strong technology comfort required
