We're looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships, improve
engagement, and drive renewals.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Drive customer engagement, product adoption & satisfaction
- Ensure smooth onboarding & training for new clients
- Work on renewals, retention & revenue growth
- Identify low-usage clients and improve their activity & ROI
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams
- What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in Account Management / Customer Success
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience in SaaS / Digital / Client servicing (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and drive outcomes
- Data-driven mindset (comfortable with reports & dashboards)
