We're looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships, improve

engagement, and drive renewals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their primary point of contact
  • Drive customer engagement, product adoption & satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth onboarding & training for new clients
  • Work on renewals, retention & revenue growth
  • Identify low-usage clients and improve their activity & ROI
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams
  • What We're Looking For:
  • 1 year of experience in Account Management / Customer Success
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Experience in SaaS / Digital / Client servicing (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and drive outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset (comfortable with reports & dashboards)
