Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in a growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate accounting, including RERA compliance, project-wise accounting, vendor payments, and GST/TDS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Maintain project-wise books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliation statements
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with income tax compliance
• Handle RERA-related financial compliance and reporting, including cost and revenue tracking as per RERA format
• Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice verification, and proper documentation
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with CA firms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure customer receipts, agreements, and statutory compliance

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
• Working knowledge of RERA compliance and reporting
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance
• Good understanding of real estate project financials and cash flow
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling real estate project accounting and RERA submissions
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, legal, admin)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards
