Data Analyst (Bi, Python, Ai)

• *Responsibilities**
• Analyze **property rental and management data** to optimize pricing, revenue, and marketing strategies.
• Write and optimize **SQL queries** to extract, process, and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain **BI dashboards and reports** using tools like **Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Metabase**.
• Work with **relational databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) for data management and reporting.
• Utilize **Python** for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Work on **marketing analytics**, including customer segmentation, performance tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
• Implement **dynamic pricing models** based on market trends, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with **software development teams** to integrate data solutions into business processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business strategies.
• *Requirements**:
• *Bachelor’s degree or higher** in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• *Experience with BI tools** (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• *Proficiency in SQL** for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• *Experience with relational databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• *Proficiency in Python** for data manipulation, machine learning, and automation.
• *Knowledge of AI and predictive analytics** for pricing and marketing strategies.
• *Understanding of software development** (experience with APIs, databases, automation is a plus).
• *Strong analytical skills** with expertise in pricing models, revenue management, and marketing analytics.
• *Knowledge of the hospitality or property rental industry** is a plus.
• *Excellent communication skills** to translate data insights into business recommendations.
