NOVA Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated, creative, organized, and growth-focused Social Media & Brand Growth Coordinator to help elevate our online presence, brand awareness, patient engagement, and digital growth strategy.

This is not just a “posting content” role. We are looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, marketing psychology, aesthetics, and social media growth — someone who can help take our practice to the next level through strategic content creation, audience engagement, and online marketing.

Our practice focuses on advanced aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness, weight loss, hormone optimization, skin health, lasers, and natural results-driven care.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow all social media platforms including:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• YouTube
• Google Business Profile
• Create, edit, and publish:
• Reels
• Educational videos
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Patient transformation content
• Trend-based content
• Brand storytelling
• Record content during treatments, consultations, events, and daily clinic operations
• Help physicians and providers create engaging educational content
• Develop viral hooks, captions, calls-to-action, and content calendars
• Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand recognition

YouTube & Long-Form Content

• Help launch and grow YouTube presence
• Organize and edit long-form educational videos
• Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and SEO-friendly uploads
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram/TikTok
• Assist with podcast/interview-style recording if applicable

Marketing & Advertising

• Assist with:
• Meta/Facebook ads
• Instagram ad campaigns
• Google marketing efforts
• Email marketing campaigns
• SMS/text campaigns
• Help improve lead generation and conversion strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Coordinate promotions, launches, events, and campaigns

Brand Development

• Help strengthen the NOVA Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics brand identity
• Ensure cohesive branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms
• Assist with reputation management and online reviews
• Help position the practice as a trusted authority in aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk support and patient experience when needed
• Help organize office aesthetics and visual presentation for filming/content
• Inventory awareness for products used in content/promotions
• Coordinate with providers and staff for content scheduling
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies
• Help implement systems and workflows for content organization and growth

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
