Lead Automation Developer

Job Responsibility:

We're looking for a Lead Automation Developer to join our growing team at Notretek. In this role, you'll take ownership of 1-2 client projects —designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end AI and automation solutions that drive efficiency and impact.

You'll also mentor and oversee a small team of junior automation developers , providing guidance, reviewing their work, and helping them grow their technical skills. You'll be a hands-on leader , working directly with clients to understand their needs, architect solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead 1-2 client projects from discovery to delivery, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Design and implement automation solutions , integrating AI, RPA, and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, Airtable, N8N).
• Manage and mentor a small team of junior developers , supporting their growth and ensuring quality in their work.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Review and optimize existing automation workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and drive measurable ROI.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies , bringing innovative ideas and tools to the table.
• Contribute to continuous improvement , sharing best practices and helping shape Notretek's automation delivery standards.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in automation development (mix of code and no-code/low-code platforms preferred).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, UiPath,

n8n, Airtable , or similar.

• Strong problem-solving and solution architecture skills —you can take a complex business process and design a streamlined automation.
• Experience in leading projects and/or mentoring junior developers (formal management experience isn't required, but team leadership is a plus).
• Proficiency in coding/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills—you're comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
• A passion for efficiency, innovation , and helping teams work smarter .
