About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.

2. Oversee LinkedIn account inventory, monitor account health, and coordinate replacements when required.

3. Track active, restricted, and replacement accounts using internal systems and spreadsheets.

4. Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure requests are completed on time.

5. Build, improve, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. Monitor fulfillment quality and identify operational bottlenecks.

7. Assist the founder with hiring, onboarding, and team management tasks.

8. Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

9. Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions independently.

10. Take ownership of special projects and execute them with minimal supervision.
