Northstar Auto Group is expanding, and we are looking for Automotive Service Technicians to join our team in the Fort McMurray region.

Industry-Leading Pay

Earn up to $70.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Shift

14 on / 14 off, days & nights.

Paid Training and Recognition of Experience

We invest in your development. We pay for Ford training upfront or recognize training you already have. You are paid while you train, and your rate increases as your training progresses. If you come from another OEM, your experience and training are recognized in your compensation from day one.

Internal Technician Coach

We provide an in-house technician coach to help you improve productivity, efficiency, skill level, and earning potential.

Relocation Allowance

Available for qualified candidates looking to make the move to Fort McMurray.

We Are Looking For

We are hiring experienced automotive technicians who take pride in their work, value efficiency, and want to be part of a growing team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Automotive service technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• A commitment to quality workmanship
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ford experience is an asset, but not required
• Journeyman certification
• Willing to consider competent 3rd or 4th year apprentices
