Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address patient questions or concerns
• Greet and check in patients while creating a warm and welcoming environment
• Schedule appointments and coordinate closely with the clinical team
• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls and managing the phone system
• Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain treatment plans and financial options
• Assist with billing processes and help patients navigate financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Prior dental office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental management software and computer systems
