HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The Délı̨nę Gotį́ne Government (DGG) is seeking an experienced individual to take on the role of Human ResourceManager for a 2-year term. The Human Resource Manager reports to the Chief OperatingOfficer and will be responsible for providing human resource (HR) support services to the Délı̨nę Gotįne Government (DGG), including developing and implementing HR strategies and programs aligned with the overall business strategy. The HRManager must be familiar with best practices across all HR program areas and employment-related legislation and standards applicable to the DGG and its employees and contractors. This position operates within the Délı̨nę Gotįne Government laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
