What it's like to be a Sales & Distribution Broker Analyst at Northbridge Financial
Our Sales & Distribution Broker Analyst is responsible for assisting in the Broker management process, along with the development and analysis of Broker reports and systems to ensure maximum effectiveness, while also participating in various projects as assigned. They are also responsible for providing guidance and support to less experienced Analysts.
They create, examine, and analyze records, reports, and systems; informing management of discrepancies and potential problems in an accurate and timely manner. They develop and produce essential reports to assist in monitoring broker sales and performance as well as providing analysis and key insights on a regular basis.
Also in this dynamic role, they assist with the Broker management process and the development of procedures, while conducting presentations and demonstrations to brokers and staff. They also utilize their analytical abilities while assisting management with developing, executing, and monitoring financial models and corporate standards, policies, guidelines, and objectives.

If you have:
- 2-4 years' experience in P&C Insurance is an asset
- Working knowledge of insurance trends
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions
- A keen eye for detail
