The Role

The Digital Marketing Account Manager at North Shore Digital is the primary liaison between our agency and our clients and will be responsible for managing up to 25 client relationships through regularly monthly meetings and ongoing communication.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for fostering client success. Your ability to listen, understand, and translate client needs into actionable strategies will be central to your work. As the main point of contact, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their goals are met with transparency, data-driven decision-making, and personalized service. You will work closely with our internal teams, delegating tasks, monitoring campaign performance, and delivering insightful recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, industries, and objectives. Maintain consistent communication through regular updates, check-ins, and strategic planning meetings.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with their goals, ensuring transparency in the planning and execution process.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, coordinate deliverables, and oversee the successful implementation of campaigns. Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, concise, and proactive updates. Handle concerns or challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results and meet KPIs. Explain complex data in an accessible way, fostering client trust in our strategies.
  • Delegation & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with client objectives. Facilitate collaboration to achieve seamless execution across SEO, paid ads, and web development.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the client’s advocate within the agency, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed. Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Pay: $84,500.00-$93,000.00 per year
