Essential Job Duties
The Department of Public Administration in North Carolina State University’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) invites applications for a one-semester, one-course teaching position.
The Department seeks candidates with teaching expertise in public administration. The strongest candidates also will have demonstrated teaching interests in municipal law. Teaching responsibilities will be at the graduate level in the department’s Master of Public Administration program.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the department head.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Requires a MPA or equivalent terminal professional degree and relevant professional experience.
Other Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to excellence in teaching is expected.
- Excellent communication skills.
