Nonna's Cucina is looking for senior line cooks + sous chefs to join our busy Commercial Drive location!
Nonna's on the Drive is our brand's supper club & show venue. This location is conceptualized by an elevated dining room, food & beverage menus, and polished service, all set within a cabaret-style music venue.
The Sous Chef, with the support and guidance from the Chef, General Manager and Owners, is responsible for building the company’s presence and recognition from a culinary perspective. Qualifying applicants are hands-on in leading, managing and executing to our standards for service – quality, consistency and efficiency. You are responsible for all aspects of ordering and food cost management, scheduling and managing labour costs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen as well as staff training, coaching and developing future leaders.
The Senior Line Cook, with the support of the Chef & FOH Management team, is responsible for production, quality-control, and junior leadership for the kitchen team. Ideal candidates are hands-on, eager to learn, and ambitious to elevate their positions and progress their career.
