Senior Social Worker (India)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ social, emotional, and economic needs
• Provide counselling, guidance, and crisis intervention support
• Connect clients with community resources and government schemes
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Conduct home visits, fieldwork, and community outreach programs
• Advocate for individuals’ rights and social justice
• Coordinate with hospitals, schools, NGOs, and government agencies
• Organize awareness programs, workshops, and welfare activities
• Monitor progress and follow up on cases
• Prepare reports and submit documentation to management or authorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW / MSW)
• Relevant experience in social or community work (preferred)
• Knowledge of social welfare laws and government programs
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
