Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Marketing role based in Fairfax, VA. The Entry Level Marketing team member will support in-store marketing campaigns, engage with customers, and clearly communicate product and service benefits. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, gathering customer feedback, and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies within retail environments. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, providing customer service, and maintaining a professional brand presence on the sales floor. The position offers hands-on training in marketing, sales, and campaign management, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Interest in market research and marketing strategy, with the ability to gather and interpret customer and competitor insights.
• Aptitude for sales and customer service, including comfort interacting with customers in a retail setting and supporting revenue goals.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Fairfax, VA, including evenings and weekends as needed by retail schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
