Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and developing and executing business strategies. Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, analyzing market trends, negotiating deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving key performance targets to expand the company’s footprint and increase customer acquisition and satisfaction within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Strategic planning and business development expertise, including market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact and engage with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales technologies, along with basic data reporting capabilities
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, preferably a Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in real estate, PropTech, or a fast-growing business environment is an advantage
