Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement and over-delivery of assigned sales targets within the defined territory.
- Expand distribution by increasing both width and depth across channels in line with company objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners to enhance market presence.
- Undertake regular market visits across the region, ensuring minimum 14 days of fieldwork per month.
- Manage and grow multiple sales channels including General Trade, Standalone Modern Trade, and Wholesale, ensuring consistent revenue growth and product visibility.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Frontline Sales Personnel (SOs/ISRs) to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret sales data to drive actionable insights and improve performance.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and proactively communicate requirements to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain/dispatch teams to ensure product availability and timely servicing.
- Conduct regular and structured performance reviews, providing feedback and development inputs to the team.
Education Qualification required
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Post-Graduate in Sales & Marketing preferred).

Experience
- Graduate: Minimum 6+ years of experience in FMCG / OTC industry
- MBA: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
