Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international customer calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.

- 3-8 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling Customer Care/Customer Support roles.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with international clients over phone calls.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Proficiency in processing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
