Job Description
Position Overview:
- Investment Research & Product Curation
- Conduct in-depth research across Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS strategies, REITs, and InvITs within Indian markets. Evaluate, rank, and maintain an approved product universe based on risk-return characteristics, consistency, and fund management quality.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy Formation
- Track macroeconomic trends and market developments across asset classes. Collate industry insights and present actionable views to the internal team, contributing to the firm’s overall investment strategy and asset allocation framework.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with all types of clients along with UHNI clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for deeper engagement, cross-selling, and asset consolidation.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Review
- Continuously monitor client portfolios, conduct periodic (at least annual) reviews, and recommend changes based on performance, and evolving client goals.
- Holistic Wealth Advisory
- Address complex financial requirements of UHNI families, including investment advisory, asset allocation, and execution support across multiple asset classes.
- Portfolio Construction
- Design and implement well-diversified portfolios tailored to client risk profiles, investment horizons, and financial objectives.
- Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare detailed portfolio reports, performance analytics, and review notes. Ensure all recommendations are aligned with the firm’s investment philosophy and client-specific mandates.
- Technology & Data Utilization
- Leverage internal tools, dashboards, and data systems to enhance portfolio tracking, reporting efficiency, and client experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ethical Standards: Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all investment-related activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
