Full Stack Developer (JavaScript / TypeScript)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, maintaining, and scaling our in-house operational software systems used across various business workflows.

The role includes building new features, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and continuously upgrading existing internal platforms. We are open to both freshers and experienced developers who possess strong problem-solving abilities, willingness to learn, and solid understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable full stack web applications

Improve and upgrade existing internal software systems

Identify, debug, and resolve bugs/issues efficiently

Build clean, reusable, and responsive frontend components

Develop secure and optimized backend APIs/services

Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching systems

Collaborate with internal operational teams to understand requirements

Optimize application performance and user experience

Write scalable, maintainable, and production-quality code

Participate in testing, deployment, and production issue handling

Continuously learn and adapt to modern development practices

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

Understanding of React.js and Next.js

Familiarity with Tailwind CSS

Basic to intermediate understanding of NestJS

Knowledge of REST APIs and backend architecture

Understanding of PostgreSQL databases

Basic understanding of Redis and caching concepts

Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Understanding of responsive UI development
