Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an

HR Manager and

Recruiter based in Wadala. The HR Manager and Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring top talent, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and developing HR policies. Additional duties include handling payroll, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations.

• HR operations expertise in employee relations, payroll, and performance management
• Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
