📌 Role: Analyst – Financial Advisory Support

📍 Location: Noida / Gurgaon (Interview at Gurgaon Office)

🕒 Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST

🎓 Experience: 1–3 Years

🎯 Education: MBA / M.Com / Master’s in Finance (Preferred)

🔍 Key Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of financial planning concepts & financial products
• Ability to work in a client-focused advisory environment

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹6,25,000 per annum
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹72,000 annually (₹6,000/month)
• Annual Bonus: ₹36,000
• Retention Bonus: ₹1,50,000
• Paid at 6, 12, and 18 months

🎁 Additional Benefits:

• Transport facility (Pick-up & Drop)
• Medical Insurance (₹5 Lakhs for self + dependents including parents)
• Retirals as per Government norms.
