Job Description
2+ years of experience working remotely supporting Windows, Apple, and Android based operating systems. Experience should include support of 3rd party software, email, and web technologies.
2+ years of experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. 2+ years of experience working with an enterprise desktop management platform (SSCM, Intune)
Good Verbal and Written English Language Skills. Maintain and enforce corporate hardware, software and anti-virus policies. Ability to process and prioritize tasks to completion in a timely manner while managing multiple interruptions. Resolves problems by issuing documented and best practice corrective processes. Provides related feedback to peers to address inconsistencies or to correct current documentation. Escalate trouble tickets with the appropriate support group when more advanced troubleshooting or significant amounts of time are required. Provides basic MDM and mobile service troubleshooting and assistance. Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly for day-to-day service desk activities, with basic awareness of prompt design and output validation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
