Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality creative assets for:
- Global marketing campaigns
- Pharma commercial materials
- Digital banners and social creatives
- Emailers and newsletters
- Interactive PDFs and presentations
- Visual aids and promotional materials
- Web and mobile campaign assets
- HCP and patient engagement materials
- Adapt and localize campaigns for APAC, EMEA, and AMS regional requirements.
- Ensure all creatives align with:
- Brand guidelines
- Regulatory and compliance standards
- Client quality expectations
- Collaborate with:
- Global marketing teams
- Medical reviewers
- Content teams
- Account managers
- Developers and production teams
- Handle multiple campaign deliverables within strict timelines.
- Participate in artwork QC and creative review cycles.
- Support omnichannel campaign execution across digital and print platforms.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, iconography, and visual systems.
- Work effectively in overlapping global time zones whenever required.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Medical Communications projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to creating global marketing campaigns, digital assets, commercial artworks, and brand-compliant creative materials supporting stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMS regions.
The candidate must possess strong visual storytelling capabilities, understanding of healthcare/pharma compliance requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
