Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Location: Electronic city- Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a Transport Associate to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate vehicle movement, and ensure smooth employee commute. The candidate should be familiar with Bangalore city routes and capable of handling shift-based transport operations.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in transport/transport coordination
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good knowledge of Bangalore city topography and routes
• Willing to work in 1st shift, general shift, and 2nd shift
• Flexible and ready for rotational shifts
• Strong team player with coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily employee transportation and route planning
• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time pickup and drop
• Handle driver allocation and shift planning
• Maintain transport roster and trip schedules
• Address transport-related issues and employee queries
• Ensure compliance with safety and transport policies
• Coordinate with vendors and transport service providers
• Maintain transport records and reports

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
