We are looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join our winning team as an Automotive Service Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have
• Performing vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns
• Prioritizing required services and providing options upon request
• Manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Manages service advisors, technicians, and porter in order for all shop goals to be reached
• Work with the marketing and accounting staff as needed
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
• Attends/Completes all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• At least 3 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
