CRM Administrator (Salesforce) – Contractor

Location: Barcelona (Spain) or Italy

Reporting to: RevOps team

Contract : self-employed up to 6 months (possible renewal)

As part of a major transformation program, the group is implementing Salesforce as a unified CRM platform across all subsidiaries to standardize sales processes, improve data quality, enable reliable forecasting, and strengthen collaboration across teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator (Contractor) to support a critical post‑MVP phase and drive the stabilization and evolution of Salesforce within the French business unit.

The initial focus areas include:

  • Stabilizing Salesforce operations for the French market
  • Improving data quality and process adherence
  • Supporting sales users with day‑to‑day operations
  • Reducing operational friction
  • Enforcing governance and CRM best practices

This role reports directly to the Global Operations team and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong expertise in: Sales Cloud, Opportunity & quote processes
  • Solid understanding of the CRM sales lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Contract)
  • Experience working in multi-country or multi-entity organizations
  • Comfortable navigating evolving governance frameworks

Languages

  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Fluent French (strong plus)
  • Spanish or Italian is a plus
