And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.</p></div><p><strong>So, what’s the role all about?</strong></p> <p>The&nbsp;<strong>Public Sector</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Program Management &amp;&nbsp;Operations Manager</strong>&nbsp;will lead and strengthen our&nbsp;<strong>Public Sector&nbsp;Sales organization</strong>&nbsp;by&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;operational excellence.&nbsp;This role improves sales productivity,&nbsp;supports public sector contracts&nbsp;and contract management, supports public sector RFPs and RFP management,&nbsp;enhances process discipline, and supports revenue growth through streamlined workflows,&nbsp;high-quality analytics,&nbsp;and&nbsp;impactful proposal contributions. The ideal candidate is&nbsp;<strong>highly organized, analytically strong</strong>, and experienced in&nbsp;<strong>technology services&nbsp;in&nbsp;the public&nbsp;sector&nbsp;</strong>with&nbsp;a&nbsp;proven ability to support sales teams.&nbsp;This role also works cross-functionally with Delivery, Operations,&nbsp;Partner and Alliances,&nbsp;Finance, Legal,&nbsp;and Contracts teams to ensure&nbsp;operational excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p>Candidates are required to be on-site 2-days a week in NiCE's office locations. <strong>Richardson, TX; Hoboken, NJ; Salt Lake City, UT, or Atlanta, GA</strong></p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <p><strong>Proposal Management &amp;&nbsp;Contract Support:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the&nbsp;<strong>process&nbsp;for all incoming&nbsp;proposals,&nbsp;public sector contract&nbsp;windows,&nbsp;RFP/RFI requests</strong>,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;timely&nbsp;responses, tracking, and outcomes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Track and&nbsp;align&nbsp;with sales on public sector contracting requirements, openings, and lifecycle management of the agreements in place&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contract Management&nbsp;&amp; Strategy:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a forward-looking state and cooperative contract strategy aligned to go-to-market priorities;&nbsp;anticipate&nbsp;procurement needs 12–18 months&nbsp;in advance and&nbsp;establish&nbsp;required vehicles ahead of revenue timelines.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Establish, expand, and renew statewide and cooperative contracts to include new products, services, and pricing models that support growth&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Track contract&nbsp;utilization&nbsp;and performance,&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;opportunities to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;scope, usability, and adoption across priority markets.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Operations &amp; Process Optimization:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and enhance&nbsp;<strong>CRM workflows</strong>&nbsp;(Salesforce preferred), data accuracy, and sales tool&nbsp;utilization.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead&nbsp;<strong>forecasting, pipeline management</strong>, and sales performance reporting.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide insights&nbsp;on&nbsp;pipeline health, win/loss trends, and revenue drivers to support strategic decision-making.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>strategic planning, quota setting</strong>, and territory alignment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify&nbsp;inefficiencies in sales workflows—such as proposal turnaround, SOW generation, and customer onboarding processes—and implement improvements.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong>&nbsp;in Business, Operations, or a related field&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations, ideally within technology services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;SaaS models&nbsp;</li> <li>Deep familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>Public Sector&nbsp;contracting processes</strong>&nbsp;(RFPs, SOWs, IDIQs, BPA call orders) and commercial procurement practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;with&nbsp;<strong>CRM systems</strong>, sales enablement tools, and automation processes for contract reviews and approvals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication, analytical, and&nbsp;<strong>project management skills</strong>.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Skilled at developing and presenting&nbsp;<strong>executive-level communications</strong>&nbsp;and data visualization.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills/Experience</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience in&nbsp;<strong>Public Sector&nbsp;technology,&nbsp;consulting</strong>&nbsp;and assessment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <p>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
