The role is responsible for converting legacy and unstructured documents into structured, AI-ready content, while maintaining quality, consistency, and lifecycle management of knowledge assets. The output directly supports AI agents used for knowledge search and agent-driven workflows.</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Convert legacy and unstructured documents into AI-ready formats (structured, standardized, and tagged)</li> <li>Apply and maintain content standards, metadata, and taxonomy definitions</li> <li>Curate, review, and update knowledge assets to ensure accuracy and relevance</li> <li>Identify gaps, duplication, and outdated information in the knowledge base</li> <li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and refine content</li> <li>Ensure knowledge is optimized for AI-driven search and agent workflows</li> <li>Maintain version control and document lifecycle processes</li> <li>Monitor content quality and adherence to governance guidelines</li> <li>Support integration of curated content into AI systems and workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in knowledge management, content curation, or information architecture</li> <li>Strong understanding of structured vs. unstructured content</li> <li>Familiarity with preparing content for AI/search systems (e.g., metadata tagging, chunking, formatting)</li> <li>Ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and content quality&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Certification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>IAAP CPACC or WAS certification (or working toward it)</li> <li>Experience in Agile development environments</li> <li>Understanding of inclusive design principles</li> <li>Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)</li> </ul> <p>You will also have an advantage if you have:-</p> <ul> <li>Experience with enterprise knowledge bases or content management systems</li> <li>Exposure to AI-driven search, retrieval systems, or agent workflows</li> <li>Understanding of taxonomy and metadata frameworks</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
