Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Nagpur for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, overseeing clerical tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and answering or directing phone calls with a professional demeanor. The executive administrative assistant will also act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience.

Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as managing schedules, correspondence, and office documentation.

Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.

Ability to work on-site in a professional office setting in Nagpur.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
