About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video & Audio Editor who is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and passionate about creating engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, audio enhancement, storytelling, and post-production workflows.

You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, campaigns, educational content, social media, and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, training modules, and promotional materials.
• Perform professional audio editing, cleanup, syncing, noise reduction, and sound balancing.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, effects, animations, and music to enhance content quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative outputs within deadlines.
• Organize and manage raw footage, audio files, and project assets efficiently.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current editing trends, platform formats, and creative techniques.
• Handle revisions and feedback efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools is preferred.
• Experience in both video editing and audio editing/post-production.
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to edit for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Basic understanding of color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in educational, digital media, marketing, or content production industries.
• Knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and shooting techniques is a plus.
• Portfolio/showreel showcasing previous editing work.
