Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist with a proven track record in lead generation to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics to drive impactful results for our clients across various industries, including e-commerce and service-based businesses.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and optimize targeted lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to meet client objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-converting audiences and ad placements
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining campaign performance
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and Google AdWords to track, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals aligned with marketing strategies to attract potential leads
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign results
  • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, and social advertising to recommend innovative strategies
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing objectives

Skills

  • Extensive experience with Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (AdWords), and Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques for effective audience targeting
  • Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager for tracking conversions and user interactions
  • Expertise in budgeting for paid campaigns across multiple platforms while optimizing spend for lead quality and volume
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies tailored for online sales growth
  • Ability to analyze data insights to refine campaigns and demonstrate measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
