The position is on-site at Nexkemia, located in Mansonville.

About the Role

Integreon Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist – Level 1 to join its Information Technology team. This on-site position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support within a structured corporate environment.

You will be the first point of contact for employee IT support and will work closely with the corporate IT team to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to users (workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals)
  • Install and configure IT equipment for new employees (onboarding)
  • Provide basic support for:
  • Windows environments
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Network access, Wi-Fi, and VPN (according to established procedures)
  • Respond to requests through the IT ticketing system and clearly document incidents and resolutions
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support teams
  • Maintain IT hardware inventory
  • Contribute to IT documentation and user guides
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and customer-oriented service to end users

Candidate Profile

Education

  • AEC, DEC, college diploma, or certificate in IT, technical support, or a related field
  • Recent graduates are welcome

Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or equivalent experience
  • Internships, academic projects, and hands-on training are considered relevant experience

Required Skills

Technical

  • Basic knowledge of Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware (PCs, printers, peripherals)
  • Strong interest in IT support and continuous learning

Communication & Customer Service

  • Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) – required
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong customer service mindset, patience, and professionalism

Languages

  • French: Required
  • English: An asset (not required) — for exposure to certain tools, documentation, or vendors
