Summary: Primarily responsible for the architectural planning, design, and oversight of various construction projects, ensuring collaboration and adherence to plan specifications for successful project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related area; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in architectural design, engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of structural SHOP drawings.
- Skilled tools: Auto CAD, BIM (Revit), Tekla Structures, etc.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Good understanding of architectural principles and techniques.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of international codes (AISC, ACI, ASCE, OSHA, etc.) or state codes.
- Effective communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and finalize architectural designs and plans for various projects.
- Maintain up-to-date drawing files (Design drawings, SHOP drawings, As-Built, etc.) and ensure proper distribution to relevant departments.
- Review the design document, design changes, and calculation.
- Provide technical support or resolve issues encountered during the construction phase.
- Conduct site visits to oversee and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
- Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a variety of environments ranging from the office to construction sites, which may involve working near moving mechanical parts, equipment, or machinery on rough or uneven surfaces, and exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, odors, gas, oils, fumes, extreme temperatures, or heights. May occasionally be exposed to inclement or hazardous conditions including but not limited to inadequate lighting, work space restrictions, and intense noises and travel; requiring moderate physical activities.
