About the Role

NexaQuanta is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for international enterprise clients. You will own complex AI initiatives spanning LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and ML systems, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI principles and SDLC governance.

You will sit at the intersection of delivery, engineering, data, and the client. You will define delivery scope and release plans, run Agile ceremonies, manage senior stakeholders, and provide the structured governance and reporting that keeps multi-workstream programmes on track across UK and Pakistan time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI & ML Solution Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML solutions from discovery through production.
• Deliver AI systems including:
• LLM-powered enterprise applications
• Agent orchestration and workflow automation
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Classical ML models integrated into enterprise platforms
• Define delivery scope, milestones, dependencies, and release plans across AI, data, cloud, and application workstreams.

Agile Project Management

• Deliver AI projects using Agile / Scrum / Kanban or hybrid models.
• Plan and run sprint ceremonies, delivery reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate client requirements into epics, delivery tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions to closure.
• Maintain a single source of truth for delivery status – trackers, RAID logs, and leadership reporting.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary delivery interface for international clients (UK, Europe, Middle East, North America).
• Lead discovery workshops, feasibility studies, and solution walkthroughs for Generative AI use cases.
• Manage client expectations around AI capabilities, limitations, timelines, and cost.
• Provide structured delivery updates to senior client stakeholders.

Technical Oversight & AI Governance

• Work with AI engineers and data scientists to define model objectives, evaluation metrics, and success thresholds.
• Set validation criteria across accuracy, bias, hallucination risk, latency, and cost.
• Oversee integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI SDLC – feasibility studies, risk/fairness/compliance reviews, model cards, data cards, and completion reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 7+ years in AI delivery, technical project management, or programme delivery.
• Proven delivery of Generative AI and ML solutions into production.
• Hands-on delivery exposure to:
• LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks
• RAG pipelines and vector databases
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international enterprise clients.

Technical Knowledge

• Generative AI architectures (LLMs, agents, prompt strategies).
• End-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• MLOps / LLMOps practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries.
• Exposure to Responsible AI / AI governance frameworks.
• Certifications: PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum Master (CSM/CSPO).
