You are not selling something people are on the fence about. You are sitting across from homeowners who already know their roof, siding, or windows need attention — your job is to be the person they trust to get it done right. We bring the leads to you.

Nexa Exteriors is a growing exterior home improvement company serving Northern Virginia, specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. We are building something different here — a team-first culture where people are genuinely invested in each other's success, promotions come from performance not politics, and your income reflects exactly how hard you work.

We are looking for one driven, coachable sales professional to join our team in Arlington and grow with us.

Compensation

New representatives are taking home $2,000 – $5,000 per week.

Top performers are earning $4,000 – $7,000 per week.

Commission runs 15–18% - Paid weekly.

The Role

This is a hybrid position — part company-provided leads, part self-generated through door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods. On a typical day you will run 1–3 pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, conduct basic exterior inspections, present solutions, and close. You will also spend time generating your own pipeline through neighborhood outreach, which puts additional earning potential directly in your hands.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of exterior remodeling or in-home sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable knocking doors and starting conversations with strangers
  • Confident presenting solutions and closing in a homeowner setting
  • Honest, professional, and genuinely interested in helping customers — not just closing a deal
  • Self-motivated with reliable personal transportation
  • Must pass a background check
