• Incident Response: Actively participate in incident response and mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our AI team to optimize the automated features of our system.
• Customer Support: Assist customers in understanding their security network state and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with AI-automated systems is a plus.
• Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
