Job Description
As a Data Analyst focused on website optimization, your role will involve driving insights through advanced data analysis and reporting to enhance visitor behavior on the company's website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publish and maintain standard website performance dashboards and scorecard reports.
- Analyze site visitor behavior to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities based on value and effort.
- Assist in A/B testing analysis and reporting focused on conversion rate optimization.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate web analytics implementation across acquisition channels.
- Monitor customer behavior to detect issues, determine root causes, and resolve errors.
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of corporate experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Expertise in leading web analytics and optimization tools such as Adobe/Omniture/Site Catalyst, Google Analytics 360, Adobe Test & Target, or Optimizely.
- Strong experience with SQL for working with large, complex databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
- Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and data science methodologies.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, sales/marketing psychology, ROI, and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channel analysis including PPC, SEO, Display, and Social.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Mathematics, Business, or a quantitative discipline.
In addition, having a background supporting E-Commerce sites or corporations would be considered a preferred skill for this role.
