Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the EZ’s owners, commission studies, develop investment opportunities, and lead promotional work to attract new businesses.
  • Deliver economic development projects that support the long‑term sustainability of Wyre’s economy, with a strong focus on the Town Centre Improvement Programme.
  • Engage with consultants, stakeholders, and partner organisations to procure, manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of economic development and external funding opportunities.
  • Experience working with partners, consultants or investors in a development, regeneration, or economic context.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects at different stages.
