We are seeking a talented and creative photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in portrait photography.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow within the office environment. Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Capture high-quality portrait photographs.
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and assistance at the front desk.
- Manage office phone systems, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Assist with mounting and packaging of orders.
- Assist with clerical duties such as in-person customer service, payment processing, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support roles.
- Competence in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
- Competence in MS Word, Excel, Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader, Photoshop.
- Proficient in English
Experience
- Proven experience as a Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing portraiture.
- Familiarity with various camera equipment and lighting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
