Role Description

New Energy Minerals is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Consultant for a full-time hybrid position based in Alexandria, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Consultant will oversee demand planning, evaluate supply chain processes, and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Key responsibilities include collaborating with procurement teams, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions to enhance efficiency and performance across the company’s supply chain operations. This role also involves advising stakeholders on best practices and implementing tailored supply chain solutions in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Demand Planning to accurately forecast and manage inventory levels.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex supply chain data and derive meaningful insights.
• Experience in Consulting with a focus on operational efficiencies and project implementation.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment and collaborate across departments.
• Background in resource extraction or technology-related fields is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.
