We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong process thinking, hands-on experience with BPMN
, and working knowledge of Finance operations, HR operations
, and IT/technology to improve internal efficiency and enable automation-driven scaling.

🧠 Experience: 1–6 years preferred (skill & ownership matters most)
📈 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
📄 Contract Type: C1 (Full-time)

🎯 Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple teams
- Design, optimize, and document business processes using BPMN frameworks
- Collaborate with Finance team on:
- budgeting
