Job Description

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong process thinking, hands-on experience with BPMN

, and working knowledge of Finance operations, HR operations

, and IT/technology to improve internal efficiency and enable automation-driven scaling.

📍 Location: Remote

🧠 Experience: 1–6 years preferred (skill & ownership matters most)

📈 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

📄 Contract Type: C1 (Full-time)

⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours/week

👥 Role Type: Replacement (Current owner: Nivi)

📌 Level: Associate / Senior (based on capability)

Hire an Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflows using BPMN, support cross-functional execution between Finance, HR, and Tech teams, and drive scalable process improvements across the organization.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple teams
  • Design, optimize, and document business processes using BPMN frameworks
  • Collaborate with Finance team on:
  • budgeting

  • Work closely with HR operations on:

  • onboarding execution

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using technology/tools

  • Must be available for meetings and coordination calls regularly
  • Comfortable working in a remote team setup with accountability and reporting
