Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Account Manager serving the Toronto market. The Sr. Account Manager will oversee account management, maintain and expand client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth by analyzing client needs and market trends. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing communications, and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions for customers within the assigned market.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Analytical abilities to assess client needs and market trends
- Expertise in Relationship Building and fostering long-term partnerships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management, ideally in related industries
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of Solid State Lighting, Semiconductors, or Embedded Systems is a plus
- Ability to work with Electronics Distributors
