Child development therapist ( Psychologist )

NeuroNurture is an online early child development platform where we work with young children (ages 1.5- 18 years) who have developmental delays. We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Early Development Session Facilitators.

What you'll do

-Assessing the child on development & Behavioral concern.

• Deliver structured, one-on-one online sessions to young children with developmental delays
• Use our proprietary curriculum designed by a Developmental Paediatrician
• Engage children through play-based activities, flashcards, storytelling, and interactive exercises

-Counselling of parents , and improving parent - child engagement

• Track progress and collaborate with our clinical team to ensure every child grows

What we're looking for

• Background in Psychology (M.A/B.A), B.Ed, Special Education, or Child Development
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Patience, warmth, and the ability to make sessions fun and engaging
• Willingness to learn our structured curriculum and deliver sessions at a high standard
• Good communication skills and a child-friendly approach
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (this is a remote/WFH role)

Experience in early intervention, special education, or child therapy is a plus — but not mandatory. If you're a fresh graduate with the right attitude and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, remote position.
