In this pre-sales role, you will closely collaborate with the VP of Solutions Engineering to develop innovative demos and create impactful proposals for various projects, primarily focusing on Amazon Connect. Your responsibilities include leading engaging presentations and workshops, all while gathering essential project requirements. Contributing valuable feedback to product development will drive NeuraFlash's mission of creating unmatched AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Amazon and Salesforce products to clients
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects
- Gather requirements for large-scale projects
- Create compelling demos for potential clients
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years selling CRM solutions, ideally Amazon Connect
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales or solution engineering
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- Knowledge of Salesforce and AI is preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
