ENGINEER TECHNICAL SUPPORT L2

A Resident Engineer (Electrical & HVAC ) isa full-time, on-site representative responsible for supervising DC, HVAC, electrical , ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing contractor activities. The main job is to monitor progress, approve material submittals, and ensure safety standards on projects like industrial facilities, infrastructure, or commercial buildings

Key Responsibilities

• * Data Center Supervise and monitor electrical works at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Review electrical drawings, technical documents, and contractor submissions.
• Conduct Data centreinspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and site staff, resolving issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight risks or delays.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and industry best practices.
