<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong> As a <strong>Senior Staff Engineer</strong>, you will drive <strong>org‑level architecture</strong>, influence multi‑domain strategy, and lead complex, multi‑team programs across SaaS, Analytics, Edge, and more. You are a <strong>Senior Staff Level technical leader</strong> responsible for shaping long‑term architecture and engineering direction across domains. You will work on fundamental platform scaling, organizational architecture governance, and high‑impact cross‑team initiatives.</p>

<li>Multi‑team technical leadership</li>
<li>Designing platform strategies and frameworks</li>
<li>Owning architectural vision for multiple domains</li>
<li>Coaching Staff and Senior engineers</li>

<li>Lead large cross‑organization programs that span multiple engineering, product, and compliance teams.</li>
<li>Shape architectural frameworks, standards, and best practices used across teams.</li>

<p><strong>Strategy & Direction</strong></p>

<li>Partner with Directors, EMs, and Product/Compliance leadership to align engineering strategy with business goals.</li>
<li>Identify and drive resolution of systemic architectural challenges.</li>
<li>Influence roadmap decisions and investment areas across multiple domains.</li>

<p><strong>Platform & System Design</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design enterprise‑grade compliance and audit systems that guarantee correctness and reliability.</li>
<li>Architect high‑scale ingestion systems capable of handling billions of events/day</li>
<li>Lead large‑scale migrations, re‑architectures, and cost‑performance optimizations.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reliability, Scale & Observability Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set SLOs for critical systems across Netradyne’s platform.</li>
<li>Drive platform‑wide initiatives for resilience, data quality, and observability.</li>
<li>Develop frameworks and patterns for fault tolerance used across engineering.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross‑Team Influence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead org‑wide design reviews and technical councils.</li>
<li>Help navigate complex technical tradeoffs across teams and domains.</li>
<li>Serve as a senior technical advisor and decision‑maker across projects.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mentorship & Thought Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coach and mentor Senior, Staff Engineers and emerging leaders</li>
<li>Raise overall engineering maturity through standards, patterns, and frameworks.</li>
<li>Represent engineering in strategic conversations, influencing stakeholders at all levels.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mandatory Skills</strong></p>

<li>Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills.</li>

<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>

<li>Experience building enterprise‑grade compliance or regulatory systems</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience operating complex ingestion/streaming infrastructures at massive scale.</li>
<li>Experience defining engineering vision or leading long‑term platform strategies.</li>
