Freelance Email Marketing Specialist
At Netenders, we are a fast-growing international company leading the global wholesale blank apparel market. We operate in a dynamic, multi-brand environment where marketing performance and customer experience are key drivers of growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist (20 hours per week) to support our marketing team in building and optimizing email campaigns across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Support email content creation (design, layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs, basic copy)
- Contribute to customer journey development (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback/reactivation, etc.)
- Assist with segmentation and campaign targeting
- Support with Figma assets when needed
- Potentially contribute to push notification campaigns in the future
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing / CRM
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in a freelance setup
- Fast execution mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Good communication skills, especially with marketing and design teams
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or AI tools is a plus
- Fluent in Italian or German
